Artist/Sculpturer Charles Hamilton of Port Wing, WI will be at the dedication ceremony

Part of the sculpture is dog tags with the name of each Wisconsin military person who died inside the country of Vietnam.
After the dedication, light refreshments will be served at the Circle of Flags/Honor Wall area.
