Artist/Sculpture Charles Hamilton of Port Wing, WI was at the dedication ceremony

Part of the sculpture is dog tags with the name of each Wisconsin military person who died inside the country of Viet Nam.
Finishing touches will be made to Memorial summer of 2024.
